I prefer to review maps of a property before our conversation because it helps me get a clearer picture of your situation, which enables me to provide more effective assistance.

• I do not handle the removal of yard trees or clearing of housing lots. You'll need to contact an arborist or grading contractor for those services.

• I do not handle hunt leases.
